I’m 76 years old and pretty set in my ways. I am a restless sleeper and for the sake of my partner I sleep alone. For some time now, maybe a couple of months, I had become unhappy with my existing matress. It was about 5 years old and just wasn’t comfortable. I was experiencing back and shoulder pain, and sleeping fitfully. So I began my search for a new matress! Wow, the matress world had changed a lot in 5 years. After a couple of weeks in local furniture stores and on line, I was pretty confused. And then I happened upon a Consumer Reports article on mattresses. And there popped up Puffy as 1. Well that was my final decision info, the more I learned about Puffy, the more convinced I became it was worth a try. Probably the final factor was the very reasonable policy regarding return of the matress if it just didn’t meet my needs.So much for decision making, now how about the results. After a couple of weeks, I am tremendously happy with my Puffy decision. The company is very professional and very customer oriented.My order came quickly, probably a week from ordering. There was literally no time involved in getting the matress ready to use, there was no smell, which I know from my research can be a problem with many mattresses! Sleeping on my Puffy is like a dream come true, it provides perfect support, it kinda molds itself to your body. I’m a side sleeper and the support is great on all parts of the torso. A couple of idiosyncratic pluses, I was able to get a 10” high matress, this was important because thicker mattresses pose an issue for older persons, especially if they are shorter (I’m 5’8”). I know from my experiences trying out mattresses that a 14” mattress posed some logistical issues, I had to do a little jump up to get into bed! OK now but 80 is just around the corner. Also the fitted sheet for the Puffy had little instructions sewn in the side that said “bottom or top” and “side”. Saved me quite a bit of time! Customer service seems like it would be nice, if there ever was a problem, haven’t had any problems so this is just speculation. They don’t bombard one with extra solicitations like so many companies do these days! Five stars for sure! This mattress is extremely comfortable and we are already noticing a change in our body aches for the good. The mattress is very soft yet offers great support the pillows that come with it are extremely comfortable and the sheets set is amazing. We received our mattress in four days. Was able to open it and sleep on it the same night. Extremely quick delivery and easy set up. With the 100 day trial. There’s nothing to lose. Give it a try. You’ll be surprised. We decided upon the Puffy Luxe King which we have loved. Though much improved, we both however were still experiencing some hip and shoulder discomfort requiring some position adjustment through the night. We added the Puffy soft mattress topper and the difference was noticeable the first night. The mattress topper was a game changer for us. We can’t wait to climb into bed each night knowing we will be getting a great nights sleep . We recommend Puffy mattresses and products whenever the opportunity arises. We've had our Puffy Lux-Hybrid Cali King mattress for 3 years now. Ever since the day we watched it puff up, our two kids have been in love with our bed. Our son especially, would claim that he couldn't sleep because his bed wasn't as soft as ours. He loved that he would just "melt" into our Hybrid Puffy and it would put him right to sleep. After many requests from our kids, asking for their own puffy - we finally caved and got them their own. Ever since, they sleep so much better and it's not a fight getting them to bed. (I wish we would have done it three years ago!) I honestly believe it's because they have a comfortable mattress now and it calms them for a good nights sleep. Three mattress later (Cal King, Queen, and full) and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the mattress, the sheets, the pillows - we love it all! I have never used a weighted blanket before but I could immediately tell that I loved it. It is very soft and comfortable and reasonably priced. Both my wife and I find it has dream like comfort and we both get a much better night's sleep than the traditional type of mattress (not mattress in-a-box type) that we'd purchased for approximately the same price. A added benefit of a mattress in-a-box type is that it's much easier to get in difficult locations where a traditional mattress won't fit through stairways, etc. This is a super great mattress with no compromises! Seems comfortable. Disadvantage is changing two sets of sheets with the king which is two XL twins side by side. It is firmer than I thought it would be, but still very comfortable. Very little movement transfer from pets or partners. After trying out the pillows that came with my Puffy Mattress, I had to get more. They are so comfortable and the material is great. It is so soft that I don’t want to use my pillow protector but do just to prevent any damage to these. I would recommend these pillows to anyone. You will not be disappointed. I have a queen and king mattress and of course when you order a mattress it includes a mattress cover two pillows and a set of these wonderful sheets. My order came within a few days and these sheets are amazing! They are 100% bamboo, very soft and extremely cool. They have not only deep pockets in the fitted sheets but elastic to help hold the fitted sheet in place. I am replacing all my beds with these sheets. My overnight guests even commit on these sheets. We are very pleased with our Puffy Royal Mattress. We tried many other mattresses, but this mattress stood on it's own. It's very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Puffy has fast delivery with great customer service and tracking. We were very impressed with how easy the setup was. We were able to enjoy the mattress on the first night with no order. We purchased the king medium firm. It came with amazing pillows that dramatically helped our necks and wonderful sliky hemp sheet that keep us cool. It also came with a slightly cushioned mattress pad to protect and cool. The mattress slept like a dream. I was never hot and it provides firm support while contouring to our bodies.
