With good high-speed HDMI cables, I’m running 4K Dolby Vision and HDR10 signals through the 650 successfully. So yes it does. But I had to replace a few HDMI cables to get it to work stably. Show The eARC suggestion here won’t work because eARC isn’t supported. But regular ARC is supported and you can connect devices to the TV too and use HDMI ARC out from the TV up to PCM 7.1. That said, in combo with my LG C1 OLED, I had more problems with the ARC config than running my sources through the console. With my previous Samsung 4K TV, I had no problems either way, but it didn’t require the bandwidth of Dolby Vision because it didn’t support it! All in all, the LS 650 works great with all HDR formats now. The only video limitations I’m aware of are that it won’t support 120hz or 8k, but I don’t have any content requiring those formats. On the audio side, it also doesn’t support Dolby Atmos, but without height speakers it doesn’t matter. It still sounds really great and the integration with the remote works well with my Apple TV 4K and Fire TV 4K.
