I only started getting to know Korean cosmetics, yet still there are already some fave products of mine which I absolutely love using. And this mask is actually one of the faves.
For a 2-dollar pack, the weight of the content isn’t big, just 5 g. However I have to say that it really goes a long way. I bought this product 2 months ago and currently there’s almost half of the content left inside, even though I try to use it every day, if I don’t forget, of course.

The jar itself is made of acrylic material and it closes with a screw top cap. I have to admit that I don’t appreciate the idea of touching the content with my fingers to take it out, but there’s always a chance for you to use a spatula if you want.

The product has a lip balm consistency of a pale pink color. It looks very gentle and smells pleasantly like fruit and berries. It melts right after application hence it’s very easy to smear over my lips. In general the taste of it is as pleasant as the smell and, honestly, I have only positive impressions of use of this product.
How to use: I apply this mask over my lips overnight and then wash off with water in the morning.
Results:
In the morning my lips look supple, soft and nourished. I recommend it for everybody who has dry lips. This product can really deprive you of chapped and rough lips overnight.

I always love trying out new skincare products. Which is why I was extremely excited when YesStyle offered to send me some products. One of the products was something I had never tried before: an overnight lip mask. I do use lipbalm regularly, like most people, but I’ve never used an actual lip mask. So today, I’m trying out the CARE:NEL Berry Lip Night Mask and reviewing it for you. Let’s get into it!
I picked the CARE:NEL Berry Lip Night Mask, because my online friends had been raving about the Laneige Lip Masks and this one seemed to be an affordable and cruelty-free dupe for that. So why not give it a try? The product came in this really cute, pink box covered in small drawings. I really like this packaging!
Then the actual product is in a little plastic jar. Even though it is plastic, I think it feels quite luxurious. Also, this jar is huge. There is so much product in here, this will last you a life time! The product also comes with a small spoon, so you can use the lip mask without getting bacteria from your fingers in the jar, which is a nice extra. As you could guess, the lip mask has a berry scent to it and is a lovely pink colour. It promises to make your lips soft and moisturised overnight.
My Experience
I have been using the CARE:NEL Berry Lip Night Mask every night that I remembered to use it. I always have a bit of a love-hate relationship with different lip balms and caring products. Often they make my lips feel extremely soft, but after the product is gone my lips are even drier than normal. I sometimes had this issue with this lip mask as well, but I feel like after using it multiple nights in a row, that issue was gone.
The mask feels nice on the lips and really keeps your lips moisturised all night. It spreads out nicely and it’s just really comfortable to wear. Sometimes I apply it in the morning as well, when I have a lot of time for it to pull into the skin. Does it make my lips extremely soft? Some nights it does. Other nights it does the same thing as other lipbalms to me and it makes my lips even flakier than they already were. So I don’t know. I still like to use this lip mask, but I’m a bit 50/50 on the results.
Would I recommend this lip mask? I don’t know. It’s not that expensive, so it might be worthwhile to try out yourself. I’ll definitely use this jar up, but I’m not sure if I’d repurchase it when it’s empty. We’ll see in the future. I want to thank you for reading, and I’ll see you next time!

Are lip sleeping masks worth it?
It doubles as a lip balm If you're curious whether you can also use this sleeping mask as a lip balm throughout the day, the answer is yes. For chronically chapped lips, I can imagine that there's no better product out there to provide serious moisture to your lips.

How long does it take for lip sleeping mask to work?
Once sufficiently dry, I then used the Lip Sleeping Mask every night before bed for five nights, just to see the full effects. After one sleep, I noticed that my cracks were healing and my dry spot was starting to fade.
