There was plenty of coverage, so it still lasted through drinking but did start to break down noticeably during a meal. Even just touching the color after a half hour of wearing it yielded color on my fingertips. The formula had a soft, vanilla scent but no discernible taste.

I wanted to love this lipstick so badly! The color is phenomenal on my cool toned fair skin. But the product itself gets everywhere— it is definitely not transfer proof. While the pigment was lasting on my lips, it was just too messy. On one occasion I put it on and let it set/dry for two hours before arriving to a party where I both ate and drank. The lipstick ended up on my fork, on my glass, my napkin, and even my teeth! I ended up tossing it because I was so frustrated by all the transfer.

This shade is such a beautiful dark red and super pigmented in just one swipe and not patchy at all. I was pretty impressed my that. I took off one star because it left my lips super dry and because it never actually dried down for me [if I touched my lips with my hand it stained it a bit]. However, I am willing to overlook that to re-wear this shade.

Really lovely colour. Somewhere between purple, brown and grey. It's a little more gentle than a lot of liquid-to-matte lipsticks, but it's still drying.

Found it was very pigmented in one swipe and lasted about 8 hours on me without drying out my lips. Only came off in the middle of my lips when I had oily food for dinner, which is expected.
