If you're getting the "Aw, Snap" error instead of a webpage, Puffin Cloud Isolation is having problems loading. You might also see the page loading slowly or not opening at all.
To correct the problem, follow the steps below.
Usually, you can reload the page to fix the error. If that didn't work...
Step 1: Check your internet connection
Make sure your computer's connected to Wi-Fi or a wired network.
Step 2: Clear cookies and other site data
Clear your cookies and other site data
- Click the menu button on the bottom status bar.
- Click Settings.
- Choose cookies and other site data.
- Click the Clear data button.
- Try reloading the tab with the error.
Re-activate Puffin Cloud Isolation
- Click the menu button on the bottom status bar.
- Click Log out.
- Click Proceed.
- Re-activate app.
- Try accessing the website again.
Step 3: Free up memory
Your device may have run out of memory, and can't load the site while also running your apps, extensions, and programs.
1. Relaunch your browser
You can relaunch your browser to free the memory. If that didn't work, please try the following actions.
