Develop plan, implement activities & reporting of community channelsBuild and maintain positive experiences on all touch points by ensuring high levels of responsiveness
and timely engagement.
Monitor online conversations and participate in them to build brand visibility.
Locate and engage advocates within the communities to foster dialogue.
Gather community feedback to achieve best possible user experience.
Analyse performance and engage in continual optimization.
Create content and write posts on social media channels
Work closely with a diverse team of marketers, designers and business developers in a fast-pace
environment to execute relevant tasks

Requirements:Familiarity with Online Marketing & Ecommerce, especially with Shopee is a strong plus
Excellent understanding of local communities.
Ability to analyse data and make report
Creative, proactive in updating trends and knowledge in social media
Good Communication & Negotiation Skill.
Proactive, Disciplined, Careful, Diligent, Responsible, Number - oriented.
Able to work in a fast-pace working environment with tight deadline
Experience in social media management and foreign language is plus
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
