I have been here for the past 7 years and Jeff the head of maintenance is the most amazing and incredible human being and does such a wonderful job. I cannot ever thank him enough for all the hard work he puts in. I also want to thank Michelle as well for going above and beyond. I moved into The Terraces of Lake Mary in March and speaking with Angelo during my initial visit, was awesome. I KNEW this would be a community I would love to stay in. This Month I had to downsize my apartment to a one bedroom. Michelle always listened and was willing to do anything she could. I explained my situation to Cheryl and she help out tremendously and stayed in communication. I really want The Terraces of Lake Mary Staff to know I appreciate them. . I have never been at an apartment complex where I feel safer than at the Terraces. The maintenance staff [Jeff and Jansel in particular] are two of the nicest and most responsive people I have ever had the pleasure of welcoming into my home. They have always completed our maintenance requests within 48 hours [MAX but mainly within 24 hours].

My husband and I visited many complexes over the last week as we are looking to move down here from Massachusetts. We had a tour with Andre, let me just tell you, it was spectacular. It’s important to us to have nice amenities. They have a dog park, which is super important to us. All of the staff we walked past were super friendly which gave us a warm welcome feeling. I can’t wait to sit by the beautiful pool, eat at some yummy restaurants and shop at all the near by stores. We can’t wait to move here. Thank you Andre for solidifying our decision. See you soon!

Got a chance to tour the Property this past Saturday. Really interested in moving their. I have lived in a few of Cortland properties and the customer experience has always been on point. Michele was very helpful in everything thing she did. I didn't find out until after the visit was over that she was just filling in and not even a part of the Cortland teams. I think she would make a great team player, because she knew everything about the property or as they would say she knew about the Cortland experience.

I moved in recently and absolutely love my apartment. I am within walking distance to Publix and many restaurants with really good food. The best part is that my apartment is on the third floor so my time at home is very quiet and also is close to the dog park. I love working out in the fitness center and enjoy stopping into the office to say hello to Andre and the Manager Cheryl. They always make me feel welcomed. The last time I stopped by, they offered me candy from the Valentine's Day candy bar, which I thought was a neat idea. I would definitely recommend living here.

I absolutely love living in this community! It is quiet, safe, and nicely managed. The front office staff is extremely caring and helpful. They make us feel at home. I feel I can talk with them and don't feel afraid to tell them if I'm struggling they are very understanding and helpful. When staff ride by on their golf carts, they are friendly and wave with a smile. I love it here. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this community and everyone that works for it.

We have lived here for about 5 years and the team in the office is amazing. They are so friendly and inviting and host such fun resident events. They are making an effort to beautify the community after the previous management company. They are sure to keep the entire up to date with all items happening at the community via email and text. The maintenance team is very quick and tend to resolve all work orders fast.

I ‘ve lived here for almost two years in two different apartments and plan to stay especially since the schools are excellent. My family loves being so close to all of the popular restaurants and stores and enjoys being close to the pool. The maintenance team always takes care of my issues quickly and the so does the office people.

I’ve been living at the Terraces since April and it’s been one of the best experiences I’ve had. Not to mention, the last apartment I lived at was a dump compared to this place. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you enjoy great amenities and access to local stores right around the corner. Even when management changed, the staff was always friendly and prompt as well as the maintenance workers. Definitely a great community and if you need anything I recommend asking for Angelo!

Definitely no complaints while living at the Terraces at lake mary. The entire staff is friendly and is sure to meet any needs or solve any concerns you may have. Not to mention the amenities for the price you pay heavily outweigh the competitors in the area on top of having easy and quick access to grocery stores like target and Publix. Lived there for 3.5 years. Enjoyed my stay there. Great kitchen with gas stove! Can be a bit noisy if you have inconsiderate individuals living upstairs but most apartments are that way. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. Living in Lake Mary is great!

The maintenance staff try to make life here the best possible for us! They pick up after people making the grounds beautiful for everyone. They fix things in the most timely manner and are so nice ! It is such a nice experience to see a friendly face or say a friendly hello as they go about their day. And they are always sharing helpful hints to help us out!
Is Lake Mary FL a nice place to live?
Lake Mary is a great city with low crime rates. The schools are academically excellent and the neighborhoods are nice to live in.
